About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our team as a Senior Backend Software Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our online banking system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions for our online platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate externally developed components into our application environments.
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to business rules, performance, security, and quality standards.
  • Assume end-to-end ownership of team projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage technical debt and actively contribute to the development of technical documentation.
  • Participate in the hiring process, conducting technical interviews and reviewing technical challenges.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of development experience as a Java software developer.
  • Proven track record of managing software projects to successful delivery in a collaborative environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the software development lifecycle in a Java-technology landscape.
  • Experience with AWS Services, K8S, Event-Driven architecture, Springboot, SQL, and NoSQL.
  • Fluency in English.
