Project Manager for Platform Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our complex technical projects in platform development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex technical projects, including hardware, software, and system integration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex technical projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
