Healthcare Project CoordinatorYour key responsibilities will include:- Overseeing and directing intricate construction and real estate initiatives within the healthcare domain, particularly focusing on laboratories, medical practices, and occasionally hospitals.
- Managing all phases of construction and real estate projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards, while considering specific healthcare requirements and legal regulations.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among clients, specialized planners, and end-users.
- Coordinating the planning team and leading project teams from inception through to final handover.
- Accountable for supervising and ensuring the correct implementation of projects, including risk identification, assessment, and management.
- Implementing innovative concepts for workplace and operational efficiency.
- Establishing connections with investors, property owners, architects, specialized engineers, and construction firms, as well as aiding in the preparation of tender documents and the awarding of contracts.
- Ensuring comprehensive reporting, project documentation, and verification of invoices.
- Completed studies or substantial experience in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of the services provided by architects and engineers.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate.
- Experience in planning and construction methodologies.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and travel as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems, with CAD and SAP knowledge being advantageous.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Experience and knowledge in the realm of laboratory and practice real estate is preferred.
- A stable, permanent contract for a full-time position.
