Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
- Language Skills
- Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Attitude and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
