About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead our account team and handle budget planning and control. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Event Management, or similar qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and partners.
- Ensure quality and success.
- Plan and execute events, including briefings, presentations, and timing.
- Lead pitches and manage the conception and implementation of projects.
- Manage budgets and track team performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience on agency or brand side.
- High level of teamwork and experience in team management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- A sense for luxury and lifestyle brands and a passion for excellent creativity.
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and diplomacy.
- Organizational skills, quick comprehension, and high quality standards.
- Sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Willingness to travel.
- English: fluent.
