About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead our account team and handle budget planning and control. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Event Management, or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and partners.
  • Ensure quality and success.
  • Plan and execute events, including briefings, presentations, and timing.
  • Lead pitches and manage the conception and implementation of projects.
  • Manage budgets and track team performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience on agency or brand side.
  • High level of teamwork and experience in team management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • A sense for luxury and lifestyle brands and a passion for excellent creativity.
  • Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and diplomacy.
  • Organizational skills, quick comprehension, and high quality standards.
  • Sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • English: fluent.
