Der Lehrstuhl für Forschungs- und Wissenschaftsmanagement an der Technischen Universität München ist auf die Themen Führung und Führungskräfteentwicklung im digitalen Zeitalter, das Management von Forschungsorganisationen sowie Diversity in Organisationen spezialisiert. Wir bieten eine abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Aufgaben:

  • Assistenz der Lehrstuhlinhaberin in allen Belangen
  • Korrespondenz und vertrauensvolle Kooperation mit der Hochschulleitung und allen Gremien der Universität
  • HR Management (Einstellungsprozesse, Unterstützung in der Personalplanung, Personaladministration, Monitoring der Stellensituation)
  • Finanzmanagement des Lehrstuhls (Monitoring und Planung der Budgets in den Drittmittelprojekten sowie des Haushaltsbudgets, Verwaltung der Finanzmittel mittels SAP, administrative Betreuung von Drittmittelprojekten)
  • Selbständige Fertigung von Statistiken und Auswertungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage im Bereich HR Management und Finanzmanagement für die Lehrstuhlinhaberin
  • Organisation und Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (Workshops und Tagungen, studentische Lehre)
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben (telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz, Postein- und -ausgang, Planung und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen)
  • Dokumentenmanagement

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Verwaltungs-/Bürobereich oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mindestens eine zweijährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gewünscht
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Finanzmanagement
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im HR Management
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine äußerst gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
