Position Overview: In the role of Finance Study Start-up Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective execution of clinical trials for innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all necessary submissions and applications to ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate local start-up processes, including vendor management.
  • Adapt global study documents to meet country-specific requirements.
  • Support the training, mentoring, and professional development of new team members.
  • Participate in client-specific working groups and contribute to internal projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in natural sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, chemistry, public health, pharmacology, medicine) or equivalent vocational training in health/nursing.
  • Proven experience in Study Start-up processes.
  • Familiarity with submissions to German ethics committees and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities in business-fluent German and proficient English.
