Shopper Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Business Unit Consumer Goods Region Central team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Translate brand strategy into shopper strategy and develop national and customer-individual activation plans based on shopper and customer insights.
- Develop and manage promotion and POS guidelines, ensuring execution with excellence.
- Create national and customer-individual shopper marketing campaigns, including promotion and POS concepts, in-store activation, and shopper communication.
- Analyze shopper marketing activities using data from Nielsen, GFK, customer, and internal sources, and derive recommendations for future activities.
- Develop B2B communication, including insight-driven trade argumentation, and organize conferences and trade fairs.
- Collaborate with the customer and sales teams to provide added value services and build a trusted partnership.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Shopper Marketing Manager or equivalent marketing role.
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven track record of solution-oriented and target-driven approaches to marketing initiatives.
- Strong focus on customer, shopper, and consumer insights, leveraging data-driven strategies to drive growth and engagement.
