Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Officer to lead our Berlin AI Engineering Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of our Berlin hub, expanding our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of a larger and stronger Enjins hub in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and expand our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem
- Manage the growth of a larger and stronger Enjins hub in Berlin
- Impact and create AI strategies for well-known Berlin scale-ups using our ML Audit approach
- Participate in the management team of the Berlin hub and work closely with Enjins' CEO and the Dutch office
- Grow the Berlin hub and our team of talented AI engineers
- Establish commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service parties
- 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
- Strong and proven leadership and business development skills
- A strong network in the Berlin start-up and scale-up world
- An entrepreneurial mindset and take on responsibility
- Fluency in German and English and eligibility to work in Berlin
- Leading and growing the new Enjins Berlin hub
- Possibility to get direct (virtual) equity in the new hub (GmbH)
