Drive Commercial Growth in Berlin

Enjins is expanding its presence in Berlin and seeks a seasoned commercial leader to spearhead the growth of its Berlin hub. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding your network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of a larger and stronger Enjins hub in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth in Berlin
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and venture capital players
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large and complex data & AI engineering projects
  • Collaborate with the Enjins' CEO and Dutch office to drive growth and expansion
  • Lead and grow the Berlin hub team, including hiring and developing talent
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
  • Strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion
  • Established network in the Berlin start-up and scale-up world
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take on responsibility
  • Fluency in German and English, with eligibility to work in Berlin
