Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Berlin hub and drive commercial growth in the region.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth in the Berlin market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capital players and C-level executives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large and complex data & AI engineering projects
- Collaborate with our ML & AI engineers to deliver valuable solutions to our customers
- Manage and grow our Berlin-based team of talented AI engineers
- 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
- Strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion
- Strong network in the Berlin start-up and scale-up world, with connections to C-level executives and venture capital players
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take on responsibility
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work in Berlin
