Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Berlin hub and drive commercial growth in the region.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding our network among C-level executives in Berlin's startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of our Berlin hub.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth in Berlin
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capital players and C-level executives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces
- Lead the development of new offerings and services to meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with our HQ in the Netherlands to ensure alignment and consistency across our global operations
- 6+ years of experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development, and sales
- Strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record of success
- Established network in the Berlin startup and scale-up world
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work in Berlin
