We are currently seeking a Postdoctoral Research Scientist specializing in Machine Learning for the European XFEL Virtual Diagnostics Project.

Project Details: The European XFEL serves as a user facility that generates X-ray photon beams with diverse spectral and temporal characteristics. To ensure optimal functionality, precise management of various electron beam parameters is essential, necessitating effective online diagnostics. In response to this requirement, we have launched the Virtual Diagnostics initiative. This project is designed to forecast electron beam parameters by integrating non-invasive diagnostic techniques, theoretical accelerator models, and machine learning methodologies.
