About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Public Sales Team at Crayon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, boosting adoption and retention rates, and leading with core optimization and services to deliver high-value solutions to our public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships through trusted partnerships
  • Manage and track a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly targets, ensuring accurate reporting within our CRM system
  • Expand our customer contact base and drive sales using our services and vendor solutions
  • Initiate sales-promoting activities in collaboration with relevant business owners at Crayon, while closely working with other departments
  • Participate in tenders, including the handling of calculations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role
  • Previous experience in the technology industry, specifically in cloud services/software sales
  • High-level understanding of software licensing from leading vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
  • Specialist knowledge of the public sector ecosystem
About You
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive self-motivation, combined with strong time management skills and a positive, results-driven attitude, fostering effective teamwork and driving successful outcomes
  • Deep technical acumen, coupled with the ability to translate this into business requirements
