- Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen und Funktionen zur Umsetzung von Unternehmenszielen
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Talenten innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Organisationsstruktur und -prozesse
