Job Summary:

MADARA Cosmetics, a leading manufacturer of natural and organic cosmetics, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and industry trends to drive growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide expert recommendations to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports to management, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in retail trade, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skillset: Strong sales talent, excellent service attitude, and high flexibility, with the ability to establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
