Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Executive Program Manager to become an integral part of our innovative team. This position is pivotal in steering and coordinating various projects and initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap of Trusted Shops.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Development: Formulate and execute program strategies that resonate with the company's goals.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the Executive Leadership Team and all internal departments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Resource Management: Optimize program budgets and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
- Toolbox Utilization: Employ a diverse range of project management techniques, from goal setting to project evaluations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on program advancements, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Implement strategies to mitigate project delays and budget overruns.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess program outcomes and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into program management.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with Executive Leadership Teams or Board members.
- Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office Suite).
- Familiarity with contemporary project and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2); proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
