Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for managing experiments across all our channels, from landing pages to lifecycle campaigns.

You'll be working closely with our product and analytics teams to size opportunities for future tests and make data-driven decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in taking over email and paid media campaigns, leading the execution and using our systems to improve engagement across all touch points.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll also be responsible for creating and updating a data dictionary, documenting the current state of operations, and becoming an expert in growth marketing within the first 6 months.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in running marketing or product experiments, preferably in CRM, acquisition, landing pages, product experiences, or any funnel.
  • A growth mindset and a history of teaching yourself new skills without much help.
  • Experience in building reports and sharing experiment insights with other teams.
  • The ability to work independently and handle details on your own.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to figure out new things.
  • Mapping the user journey is a must, so please be prepared.
