Position: Risk Management Specialist

As a key player in our governance framework, you will oversee the implementation of a comprehensive risk management system across our global operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the execution of organizational and procedural mandates related to the risk management framework.
  • Proactively supporting various departments in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks, with a particular focus on compliance issues.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the quality of the risk inventory, including the establishment of risk policy measures.
  • Initiating and conducting both routine and event-driven risk assessments, particularly for new business initiatives or investment opportunities.
  • Coordinating activities related to business continuity management and providing support to departments as needed.
  • Continuously monitoring the organization's risk profile and preparing detailed reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.
  • Conducting training sessions and awareness programs to enhance understanding of risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in Economics, Business Law, Business Informatics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A self-directed, organized, and collaborative work style, with strong time management skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Proven expertise and experience in risk management, with a solid understanding of relevant methodologies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
