Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide. As a key member of our Governance team, you will be responsible for driving our group-wide Risk Management System and overseeing global risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational and procedural requirements for our Risk Management System
  • Support business units in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks within the company, particularly in the area of compliance
  • Maintain and improve the Risk Inventory, including risk policy measures
  • Initiate and conduct regular and ad-hoc risk analyses for new business ideas or investment projects
  • Coordinate Business Continuity Management activities and support business units
  • Monitor the company's risk profile and prepare reports for the management and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our ESG strategy
  • Deliver training and awareness programs

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Business Mathematics, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Have a self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented working style, with excellent self- and time management skills, as well as the ability to present complex issues clearly
  • Have initial knowledge and experience in risk management and possess a corresponding methodological knowledge
  • Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
