Client Success Project Manager for Labforward

As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead and enhance customer implementation initiatives for Labforward, focusing on both technical and business aspects. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless project execution, leading to exceptional user engagement and activity, particularly within Key Accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. You will guide interdisciplinary teams to meet project objectives promptly, within defined parameters, and budget constraints, while promoting teamwork, creativity, and ongoing enhancement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent are essential. Advanced credentials like PgMP (Program Management Professional) are advantageous.
- Proficient in various project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to customize strategies to fit unique project requirements.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
- Understanding of computer system architecture and web services is preferred.
- Oversee and monitor all project activities in collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Assist in formulating best practices and process enhancements for future projects.
- Engage in internal meetings with the implementation team to ensure alignment and progress.
- You possess a compassionate and optimistic demeanor, with a commitment to providing the best possible support to our clients.
- Proven experience in delivering complex SaaS or similar solutions to clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- Adept at thriving in a dynamic and agile environment, collaborating across various functions.
- Quick to grasp and articulate software functionalities to a diverse audience.
- Professional and approachable work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
- Self-driven and a proactive team contributor.
- Broad understanding of computerized systems and a quick learner of new technical concepts.
- A background in science, with knowledge of processes and objectives in life sciences, chemicals, or pharmaceutical laboratories.
- A minimum of 8 years in project management, ideally within software companies or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in executing impactful projects, such as custom software implementations.
