Shape the Future of Cloud Solutions at SAP
We are seeking a talented ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team in Walldorf, dedicated to enhancing the software lifecycle of ABAP-based add-on products within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.
As an integral part of our Software Logistics team, you will contribute to developing user-friendly applications and tools that empower partners and customers to seamlessly integrate their add-ons into both private and public cloud deployments of SAP S/4HANA. Your work will directly impact the success of our partner ecosystem and strengthen the perception of our core products.
Your Impact:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing specification, design, implementation, testing, and operation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and customers to define requirements and optimize existing solutions for enhanced user experience, maintainability, robustness, and simplicity.
- Leverage modern agile software development practices such as pair-programming and test-driven development within a supportive, multinational, and diverse scrum team.
Your Profile:
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP programming and experience with at least one additional programming language.
- Exhibit expertise in object-oriented software development and agile methodologies.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in German and English.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and comprehend complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
