Senior People Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our data warehouse, integrating new systems, and ensuring data privacy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build the architecture and infrastructure of our data warehouse
- Integrate new systems to enhance our analytic capabilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with local teams to align metrics and reporting standards
- Provide training and support to drive the adoption of new BI tools and reporting practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar People/HR data-driven role
- Advanced SQL and knowledge of data pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields
- Proven experience with Tableau and data visualization
- Data visualization artist with the ability to create engaging visualizations
