About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal Kindergarten. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Head of Kindergarten and contribute to the development of our kindergarten program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Kindergarten in organizing and supervising pedagogical and administrative processes and tasks.
  • Ensure the integration of the Phorms concept into daily pedagogical work with children, including continuous review and further development of the educational program.
  • Collaborate with parents, particularly during parent meetings, to ensure a strong partnership between home and school.
  • Work closely with the Phorms primary school to ensure a smooth transition for children.
  • Schedule shifts and cover plans, including time recording coordination.
Requirements
  • State-recognized educator qualification or comparable recognized qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a kindergarten or similar work environment.
  • Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
  • Organized and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Good knowledge of German or English (at least B1 level, proof required).
