Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal Kindergarten Leader to join our team at Phorms Education. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Kindergarten in the development and implementation of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pedagogical support to the Head of Kindergarten, including organizing and supervising daily operations and tasks.
  • Ensure the integration of the Phorms concept into daily pedagogical work with children, including continuous review and development of educational programs.
  • Collaborate with parents, particularly during parent-teacher meetings, to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Work closely with the Phorms primary school to ensure a smooth transition for students.
  • Schedule shifts and cover plans, including time recording and coordination.

Requirements

  • State-recognized educator qualification or comparable recognized qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a kindergarten or similar setting.
  • Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
  • Organized and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Good knowledge of German or English (at least B1 level, proof required).
