Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal Kindergarten Leader to join our team at Phorms Education. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Kindergarten in the development and implementation of our pedagogical concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and pedagogical support to the Head of Kindergarten, ensuring the smooth operation of the kindergarten.
  • Collaborate with the Phorms primary school to ensure a seamless transition for students.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Phorms concept.
  • Represent the Head of Kindergarten as needed.
  • Teach children in a playful and engaging manner, promoting their social and emotional development.

Requirements

  • State-recognized educator qualification or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in a kindergarten or similar setting.
  • Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
  • Organized and structured working style, with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Good knowledge of German or English (B1 level or higher).
