Phorms Education is a leading provider of bilingual education in Germany. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as Deputy Principal Kindergarten.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Kindergarten in organizing and supervising pedagogical and administrative processes.
  • Ensure the integration of the Phorms concept into daily pedagogical work with children.
  • Collaborate with parents, particularly during parent meetings.
  • Work with the Phorms primary school to ensure a smooth transition to the primary school.
  • Schedule shifts and cover plans, including time recording.
Requirements
  • State-recognized educator qualification or comparable recognized qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a kindergarten or similar work environment.
  • Profound pedagogical knowledge and experience in parental work.
  • Organized and structured working style, excellent communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
  • Good knowledge of German or English (B1 level, proof required).
