Job Overview: Sales Account Manager at WeWork

This position is pivotal in enhancing sales and generating revenue across various WeWork locations by acquiring new clients and renewing existing contracts for shared office spaces. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Direct Sales Management: Overseeing the sales process for office spaces with both new and returning clients, creating fresh sales opportunities, and partnering with Leasing Directors for larger property transactions.
  • Market Knowledge: Gaining insights into designated properties and local market trends, understanding WeWork's physical environments, and fostering relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in direct sales.
  • Familiarity with the local market and preference for candidates residing in the area.
  • Capability to learn and utilize data management systems for reporting purposes.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is required.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to overcome challenges.
