Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with expertise in Biosimilars to join our dynamic field sales team. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing a strategic account plan tailored to local markets, aimed at enhancing sales performance within the designated territory. The Account Manager will assess territory outcomes, ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and budgetary constraints, and work collaboratively with various internal teams to bolster territory initiatives.

As a Senior Account Manager focused on Biosimilars, you bring significant sales experience and a keen understanding of customer engagement. Your ability to navigate market dynamics will be crucial for achieving success.

Required Qualifications

  • Background as a pharmaceutical representative or equivalent academic credentials.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while fostering effective collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
