Job Summary:

ACCRETECH is a leading manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment and form and surface measuring systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany.

About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical expertise and support for our high-quality product lines.
  • Installation, maintenance, application, and process support of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarizers) and Wafer Prober.
  • Implementation of hardware and software modifications.
  • Analysis, reporting, and elimination of malfunctions.

Requirements:

  • Solid technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in the installation, service, and application support of complex systems.
  • Excellent technical training enables you to provide support for products and systems requiring explanation.
  • Independent planning and execution of field tests, error diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
  • Clean and structured documentation of field tests.
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, and an independent way of working.
  • High willingness to travel around European territory, driving license class B is mandatory.
  • Good written and spoken English skills, additional German would be an advantage.
