About the Position
The Business Continuity Management System Intern will work closely with the IT Governance team to support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. This includes assisting with directive rollouts, coordinating project deliverables, and developing strong working relationships with IT and business colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits, exams, and reviews.
- Assist with the creation, implementation, and annual review of directives, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives by assisting with plan documentation and testing.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Information Technology, Information Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Initial experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Self-starter with the drive to work and continuously learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth organization.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English (German is a plus).
