About the Position
As a Business Continuity Management Intern at Trade Republic, you will be instrumental in assisting our IT Governance team. Your role will involve supporting various business continuity initiatives, coordinating project outputs, and aiding in process enhancement efforts. You will collaborate closely with both IT and business teams to ensure the effective functioning of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft documentation for audits and evaluations.
- Assist in the development and execution of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Support business continuity and emergency recovery initiatives.
- Participate in process enhancement projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Information Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
