Position Overview:

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes drafting employment contracts, processing salary adjustments, and managing references, while ensuring adherence to critical deadlines such as anniversaries and probationary periods.

Your role will involve the meticulous recording and updating of HR data within our systems, including SAP Organizational Management and electronic personnel files. You will serve as a liaison with various authorities, including chambers of commerce, vocational institutions, employment agencies, and partner organizations.

Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing administrative HR standards and processes, providing essential support to HR Business Partners in their daily functions.

Qualifications:

  • A completed vocational education, such as office or industrial clerk, with a preference for further qualifications in HR, such as HR specialist.
  • Relevant initial experience in a comparable HR role, particularly in HR administration, along with familiarity in collaborating with works councils.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (notably Word and Excel) and a foundational understanding of SAP HCM is advantageous.
  • A self-directed and accountable work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective self-management, and a customer-focused mindset.
