Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist at Spie, you will be responsible for creating and managing all personnel-related documents from hiring to termination, including contracts, salary adjustments, and performance evaluations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Create and manage all personnel-related documents, including contracts, salary adjustments, and performance evaluations.
  • Personnel Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate with government agencies, such as the IHK, Berufsschulen, and Arbeitsämtern, as well as with other business partners.
  • HR Process Development: Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to develop and implement administrative HR processes and standards.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or human resources. First-hand experience in a comparable position in the personnel department, preferably in personnel administration, as well as first-hand experience in working with trade unions.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with SAP HCM is a plus.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated and independent work style, with a systematic approach and excellent organizational skills.
