Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter, der unser Sales-Team für das Produkt Fernstudium unterstützt und leitet. Der Kandidat sollte über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Führung haben und in der Lage sein, ein 13-15-köpfiges Team zu führen und zu entwickeln.

Aufgaben
  • Das Führen des Sales-Teams und die Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
  • Die Weiterentwicklung des Teams durch Coaching und die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien
  • Das Wachstum des IU Onlinestudiums voranzutreiben und die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zu sichern
  • Die KPI-Performance des Teams zu überwachen und regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung zu berichten
  • Die Anwendung von Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte termingerecht und erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden
Qualifikationen
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Führung
  • Kenntnisse im Sales-Coaching und der Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Fähigkeit, Projekte zu überwachen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zahlen und Analysen
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Softwareanwendungen und CRM-Systeme
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
