About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Team Lead App Marketing to spearhead our app marketing initiatives across six countries. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to boost app engagement, retention, and user acquisition.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Our App Marketing Efforts: Oversee and manage our app marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across six countries.
  • Enhance App Engagement: Design and execute tailored CRM activities, app-specific promotions, and retargeting campaigns to drive user engagement.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive plans to expand our active app user base through mobile web-to-app marketing and paid acquisition channels.
  • App Store Optimization: Take ownership of our app store pages, employing App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key app stakeholders, including teams from product, CRM, customer acquisition, creative, and analytics.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in app marketing, with several years of experience and a drive to elevate our app marketing efforts.
  • Your actions are guided by a strong customer focus and a data-driven approach. You're a natural leader, capable of successfully leading cross-functional projects and ideally have experience leading a team.
  • You're fluent in English, and other language skills like German, French, or Italian would be a plus.
  • You're comfortable working remotely and willing to meet in our Cologne office once a month.
