Automotive System Marketing Director ADAS

We are seeking an experienced Automotive System Marketing Director ADAS to lead our global automotive system activities on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for NXP Semiconductors. As a key member of our central System Marketing organization, you will collaborate closely with our automotive Product lines and Automotive System engineering teams to define and execute our ADAS system strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive ADAS system strategy to position NXP as a trusted partner for automotive hardware and software solutions.
- Lead the setup and management of the automotive System track on ADAS, ensuring alignment with regional OEMs and global ecosystem partners.
- Define and position the future differentiated system roadmap at regional OEMs, delivering system value propositions and ensuring comprehensive portfolio alignment.
- Engage with OEMs to define proof-of-concept studies showcasing the benefits of NXP products, driving development and prototype engagements.
- Manage global software partners in the ADAS domains, mapping the competitive landscape and creating strategies to compete or partner effectively.
- Consolidate global OEM engagement opportunities and ensure timely follow-up, building strong technical and management relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in ADAS architecture definition and development, with 15+ years of experience in defining and positioning solutions for the automotive market.
- Strong business and technical acumen, customer focus, and external orientation, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to mobilize resources, align internal stakeholders, and lead global partner marketing programs.
