About the Role
STMicroelectronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive System Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Automotive Marketing & Application organization in Munich, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote STMicroelectronics' automotive solutions to European car makers and key automotive tier-1 customers.
- Collaborate closely with Products Marketing Teams, System Engineering, Sales, R&D, and customers to understand future architectures and influence their development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, OEMs, and customers to drive business growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry, including E/E architectures, software-defined systems, and new technologies.
- Develop and deliver technical marketing materials, such as presentations, whitepapers, and case studies, to support sales and business development efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the company's marketing strategy and plans, aligned with the overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier-1 or system integrator.
- Strong understanding of automotive architectures, concepts, and technologies, including E/E architectures, embedded processing, and automotive networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
