Your Role at Haleon

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives. You will implement the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years, encompassing portfolio management, innovation, and media planning with a strong emphasis on digital channels. You will also track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years
  • Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
  • Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget
  • Cross-functional team work & project management, with special focus towards shopper & customer marketing, sales, expert marketing and finance

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics or similar
  • Approx. 2 years of Marketing/Brand/Innovation Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
  • Fluency in both German and English (written & spoken)
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and operational marketing skills & a strong sense of accountability for projects
