About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead to join our Behavioral Data Squad. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, governance, and observability across our digital tracking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for data catalogue and delivery documentation
  • Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
  • Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization
  • Explore and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to detect growth opportunities
  • Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within our team
Requirements
  • Experience with digital tracking and tag management in a B2C environment
  • Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally including working closely with product teams
  • Excellent technical skills applying expert-level SQL and Python for analysis and data manipulation
  • Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data insights
  • Leadership experience and capability building within a team
