Key Responsibilities:
50% Focus on Strategic Initiatives in Green Real Estate, including:
- Collaborating with operational teams to refine and implement the Green Real Estate strategy
- Establishing our market approach, particularly for significant tenders involving Green Real Estate solutions
- Identifying and detailing new product opportunities and growth sectors
- Overseeing strategic projects in response to regulatory changes and future contract models for sustainable products
- Assisting in the reporting process to our Management Board and stakeholders
50% Act as a Product Owner, with responsibilities such as:
- Crafting the vision, objectives, and roadmap for specific Green Real Estate solutions
- Analyzing the solutions landscape, including the PropTech market, to select appropriate solutions
- Developing business cases and financial models
- Building partnerships and creating a network of collaborators
- Integrating solutions into Apleona's operational workflows
- Promoting solutions within Apleona and to clients
- Scaling products and devising strategies for their operational implementation
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategic management consulting, preferably with a sustainability focus
- Proven track record as a project leader, recognized as a change agent and strategic growth driver
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Capability to develop persuasive strategic concepts for senior management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing complex processes and projects
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in English and German
