Strategic Green Real Estate Initiative Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic individual to lead our Green Real Estate Go-to-Market initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our Green Real Estate approach, supporting our customers in achieving their sustainability goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Refine and implement our Green Real Estate go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's overall sustainability objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of key initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Create business cases and commercial models for our Green Real Estate products, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
- Establish and support a partner network approach, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting to our Management Board and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on sustainability or real estate, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in project coordination and management, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
