As we expand with the opening of new clinics, we aim to redefine the rapidly growing skin health market and establish ourselves as a leader nationwide.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Reception Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

This position offers flexible working hours ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday), providing an excellent opportunity to balance work and studies effectively.

If you possess a strong interest in the field of aesthetic medicine and enjoy ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, you may be the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet our clients with warmth and create a friendly environment at the reception.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage client appointments professionally and efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative and Medical Support: Assist the medical and operational teams with various administrative and clinical tasks.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in medicine or a health-related field.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor, empathy, and a passion for excellent service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player who fosters a positive work environment through collaboration.
  • Previous experience in reception management or customer service is advantageous.
  • Experience in the aesthetic or cosmetic sector is a plus.
