Grant Management Coordinator

The Grant Management Coordinator at Tallahassee Community College is responsible for overseeing and managing grant and contract accounts received from federal, state, and private funding sources. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between different departments within the College and various agencies, coordinating administrative processes for assigned accounts, resolving issues, and communicating with funding sources as needed.
- Ensuring College compliance with federal and state regulations by staying up-to-date on relevant regulations and informing University staff and faculty accordingly. Approving activities and expenditures of grants in accordance with guidelines.
- Handling sponsor invoicing activities by preparing financial reports for grants, compiling data, and monitoring expenditures. Assisting Project Directors in fiscal management of grants.
- Performing grant closeout functions required by Grants and Contracts Administration. Conducting monitoring activities to ensure grant compliance throughout the duration.
Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma with seven years of professional experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or grant management. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates with experience in financial management and compliance will be preferred.
