Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our Financial Services team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Services team, including preparing presentations and reports, managing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the setup and management of client files, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services or professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
