About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at BRIGHT Consulting GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects related to capacity planning, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in project management and capacity planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in logistics and supply chain management software a plus.
