Your Contributions
- In this pivotal role, you will oversee all commercial responsibilities related to tenders, including contract evaluations, commercial feedback, and collaboration with financial departments, alongside the formulation and management of financing strategies.
- You will prepare contractual and tender documentation for significant bids, particularly those exceeding EUR 1 billion.
- You will engage in contract discussions with both external and internal stakeholders, coordinating with consortium partners and suppliers.
- You will establish tax-efficient business models in collaboration with regional teams.
- You will manage risk and opportunity assessments throughout the bidding process.
- You will draft and present Limit of Authority (LoA) documents to various management levels.
- You will facilitate interface management, focusing on key groups such as Technical Bid Managers, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Tax Compliance, Accounting, Warranty, Currency Risk Management, Insurance, Legal and Compliance, Consortium Partners, Regional Teams, Suppliers, and Senior Management.
Your Qualifications
- You possess a master's degree in economics.
- You bring extensive experience in a commercial project setting within the Siemens Group.
- You have a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS and HGB.
- You are skilled in sales negotiations and collaboration across regions and headquarters, adept at addressing complex commercial challenges.
- You are well-versed in the bidding process and possess substantial negotiation expertise.
- You have experience in project management at a senior leadership level.
- You have demonstrated professional management capabilities.
- You are experienced in collaborating with international, multicultural teams and stakeholders across various hierarchical levels.
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
