Die Vision unseres Kunden ist es, das Potenzial von RNAi-Therapeutika für Menschen nutzbar zu machen, für deren Krankheiten es nur begrenzte oder unzureichende Behandlungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Innerhalb der letzten vier Jahren wurden bereits vier Medikamente aus der Entwicklung zugelassen und in den Markt gebracht. Die umfangreiche Produktpipeline innovativer RNAi-basierter Medikamente, deckt vier Therapiebereiche ab: genetische Erkrankungen, kardio-metabolische Erkrankungen, Infektionskrankheiten sowie Erkrankungen des zentralen Nervensystems (ZNS) und des Auges.


Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:

  • Führen , Entwickeln und Betreuen eines Team s von Key Account Managern in einer effizienten und produktiven Weise, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen (national und individuell) sowie Beratung des zugewiesenen KAM-Teams und Coaching einzelner Teammitglieder 
  • Durchführung von Außendienstbesuchen in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen KAM sowie eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsdirektor und dem Markenteam bei der Festlegung der operativen Strategie
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Director, dem Business Operations Team und dem Sales Incentive Compensation Team bei der Festlegung und Überwachung von Kennzahlen für das Außendienstteam
  • Sicherstellung der funktionsübergreifenden Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Medical und Marketing 
  • Förderung des Umsatzwachstums und Steigerung des Marktanteils an Behandlungszentren in bestimmten Gebieten durch gezielte und detaillierte Kundenplanung 
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Leistungsupdates an den Vertriebsdirektor und das Country Management sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Director , dem Brand Management und dem Business Operations Team bei der Planung und Durchführung von Kongressen , Ausstellungen und Sponsoring
  • Förderung der Einführung und optimalen Nutzung des CRM-Systems zum Aufbau hochwertiger Daten, zur Erstellung robuster KPIs und genauer Prognosen in Zusammenarbeit mit Business Operations und dem CRM & Field Force Technology Lead


Dein Profil:

  • Zulassung gemäß § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz , gerne durch ein naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium 
  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen und/oder biotechnologischen Industrie mit Erfahrung im Key Account Management , frühere Führungserfahrung stark bevorzugt 
  • Hervorragende Führungsqualitäten , einschließlich Team-Coaching und Schaffung eines Umfelds, in dem die Mitarbeiter motiviert sind, ihr Bestes zu geben
