Payroll and Compensation Accountant

- Completed vocational training with specialization in payroll processing
- Experience in payroll management and familiarity with current taxation and social security regulations
- Experience with DATEV payroll software is preferred
- Familiarity with PERSONIO is a plus

- Preparation and execution of payroll (using DATEV) for around 350 employees in compliance with current tax and social security laws

- Act as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries
- Assist in financial accounting, especially in reconciling payroll accounts
- Perform general administrative duties

We have been operating multilingual nurseries and kindergartens since 2007, currently managing 24 facilities in various locations. We provide over 1350 childcare places for children from 6 months to school age and employ approximately 350 staff members. Our international daycare centers focus on nurturing young children in their development into responsible, tolerant, and conflict-resolving individuals, preparing them for life in a multicultural society.
