Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team at h&z. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Your Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions, including salary, benefits, and taxes, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, including bonuses and commissions.
- Manage payroll-related data, including employee records, benefits, and tax information.
- Collaborate with financial accounting and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all payroll-related requirements.
Your Profile
- Relevant education and experience in payroll accounting, preferably with a certification in payroll management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in payroll software, including DATEV wage and salary accounting.
- Fluent German language skills, with a good command of English.
